🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products

Some physical products are made specifically after an order is placed through trusted print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners.

Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Because these products are produced on demand, production times may apply before the order is shipped.

Our current estimated production and shipping times are generally:

  • Production: 2–5 business days.

  • USA shipping after production: approximately 3–7 business days.

  • International shipping after production: approximately 7–15 business days.

These are estimates and may vary because of order volume, holidays, carrier delays, destination, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

🎨 Personalized & Custom Products

Some products may allow customers to submit names, text, images, artwork, photographs, colors, or other personalization instructions.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information carefully before submitting an order.

By submitting content for personalization, you represent that:

  • The content does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

Customer-submitted spelling, sizing, color, image, or personalization mistakes remain the customer's responsibility unless the finished product does not match the information submitted with the order.

💻 Digital Products & Downloads

🚫 Prohibited Use of Digital Products

  • Share download links with unauthorized persons.

  • Upload purchased files to public file-sharing websites.

  • Claim authorship or ownership of content you do not own.

  • Remove copyright, licence, watermark, or ownership information where applicable.

  • Use digital products in violation of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other applicable laws.

  • Circumvent download restrictions or security measures.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe digital products or download systems are being misused.

💳 Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website at the time of purchase.

Available payment methods may include:

❌ Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because some print-on-demand and personalized products may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after production has started.

Digital orders may also become non-cancellable once delivery or download access has begun, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

📏 Product Sizing

Customers purchasing apparel are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before ordering.

Product measurements and fits may vary among T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other garments.

Selecting an incorrect size does not constitute a production defect when the product delivered matches the size ordered.
