With more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field, Michael A. Pinkney has a passion for accounting, particularly within his faith community. Shortly after graduating from college, he began performing accounting, budgeting, and payroll tax functions for his church. He also coordinated the VITA program – the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program – at his church. Michael has used his expertise as a certified public accountant to serve the church in several different capacities, from finance chairperson to church accountant.
